Me and my boyfriend come here every week it’s THAT good. Their matcha is my favorite and you can even order a bigger size. They also use the perfect amount of ice for their drinks so it’s not 80% ice like other places…*cough cough* Starbucks. The atmosphere is calming when you walk in and the lighting is ambient. So it’s not overstimulating if you like hanging out for a bit. The staff is also super sweet every time we go in! Our drinks are made perfect every time no matter which employee makes it, that says a lot about the management and training 👏🏻 Overall this is the only place I ever spend that much money at on a matcha but it’s sooo worth it! Also if you guys had a reward system or something like a stamp card to fill up that’d be awesome 🙏🏻

This is take two of my review. I finally went in there, and my last review was completely a fluke. The smell was very nice this time around, and the coffee drink is delicious. I had them add the bulb in there, they even did light ice like I wanted. I would definitely come here again. The place is packed full, and this is beloved. Sound a little interesting, but sometimes you just know a place is legit, if you have one of the same race going in, and it is of the country of origin. There were many, many Asian friends that came to take part into this. This wonderful thing establishment.

Tasty boba shop with a comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I stopped here to rest and chat but I could definitely see coming here to study or hangout with friends. The staff was so sweet. I got the brown sugar boba milk which was a little sweet but very refreshing. My wife got the strawberry matcha and she raved about it.

Best boba pearls in Fresno, hands down. They are sweet when you chew them, not tasteless, and most importantly, have the just-right chewy consistency that I like. *chef's kiss* My husband's favorite drink here is probably the jasmine milk tea adding boba and grass jelly, less sweet. He really likes the taro as well. We appreciate that they have oat milk as an option since he doesn't do dairy. My favorite is probably the coconut matcha -- unique and amaaaazing. I also really like the strawberry matcha, and usually stall at the cash register trying to decide which one it is that I want today. I asked the owner about the matcha and learned that she imports the matcha from Japan and sampled so many different matchas before choosing this one. I myself make a very basic matcha every morning at home (Costco, achem), but every so often I treat myself to Urban Pearl's when I need a little extra pep in my step and when schedules align (they open at 11am and I gotta have my caffeine in the morning lest my sensitive soul be up all night!) The ingredients here are very fresh ! The boba was very chewy and I like that the drinks aren’t heavily sweetened. The cashier was very nice when answering my questions and even tho it looked packed inside my order was ready fairly quick. I got the house milk tea with boba and some macaroons, my favorite was the Lychee Rose one! Can’t wait to come again and try more of their drinks 🫰
